apsacs collects the minimum data needed to run the platform: your email address at registration, gameplay preferences you set, and anonymous usage statistics.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled by a third-party processor. apsacs never stores full card numbers or payment credentials on its own servers.

How We Use Your Data

Your email is used for account access and, if opted in, for weekly meta update emails. Usage data helps us identify which Tower Rush guides need updating.

Cookies

apsacs uses session cookies to keep you logged in and preference cookies to remember your selected game mode and display settings.

Analytics cookies are anonymous and aggregated — they tell us which pages get traffic, not who you are. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser at any time.

Data Sharing

apsacs does not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers directly necessary to operate the platform — hosting, payment processing, and email delivery.

Data Security

All data transmission on apsacs uses TLS encryption. Passwords are stored as salted hashes — your actual password is never readable by our team.

We conduct security reviews quarterly. In the event of a breach affecting personal data, affected users will be notified within 72 hours.

Your Rights

Third-Party Services

The wave simulator and ranked ladder tools may load resources from CDN providers. These providers operate under their own privacy policies, which we link to on the tools page.

Data Retention

Active account data is retained as long as your account exists. After deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

This privacy policy was last updated January 1, 2026. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 7 days before taking effect.
