These terms apply to all content, tools, guides, and services available through apsacs, effective from January 1, 2026.
Permitted Use
You may use apsacs content for personal, non-commercial Tower Rush strategy purposes. Republishing, scraping, or reselling any content without written permission is prohibited.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Share your login credentials and any resulting misuse falls on you, not apsacs.
Accounts found to be abusing the wave simulator, manipulating the ranked ladder data, or harassing other users will be terminated without refund.
Intellectual Property
All guides, tier lists, tools, and original content on apsacs are protected by copyright. Tower Rush game assets belong to their respective rights holders.
Limitation of Liability
apsacs provides strategy guidance for informational purposes. We make no guarantee that any tactic will produce a specific outcome in your Tower Rush sessions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, apsacs is not liable for any in-game losses, missed tournament placements, or outcomes resulting from following published guides.
Third-Party Links
apsacs may link to external sites for reference. We do not control those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
Account Security
Use a strong, unique password for your apsacs account. Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately. We cannot recover accounts compromised due to reused credentials.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. Requests are processed within 14 business days.
Changes to Terms
apsacs may update these terms at any time. Continued use after a posted update constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically — the effective date updates with each revision.
